We want you to be completely satisfied with your security setup. If you are not happy with your Ring device, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Ring account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Place the device, along with all original cables, mounts, and accessories, back into its original packaging to ensure a valid return.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at any authorized shipping carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
